They are looking for an experienced Production Account Manager to join their team.

They are looking for an experienced Production Account Manager to join their team.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Production Manager, you will be tasked with working with users and clients to receive reference material, processing client CAD files and floor plan data to understand goals, assigning floor plan processing to offsite and internal teams, growing and managing these teams, tracking cost and time while working to reduce both, and deliver completed work back to the client

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Managing a small team of QA managers and outsourced teams with other Account Managers globally
  • Reviewing the outsourced team's work for quality based on your expertise in space planning and workplace trends
  • Managing projects to deliver amazing 3D models and testfits to clients within time and budget parameters
  • Tracking project metrics (budget, costs, time to completion)
  • Ensuring that clients are happy with their product and would gladly recommend Floored's services to other
  • Sourcing and training outsourced drafting teams to create and edit test fits using our proprietary software
  • Processing floor plan requests and assigning them to the outsourced teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of work in Real Estate, Architecture, or Interior Design and a deep understanding of building terminology & design documentation.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience with delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Experience or familiarity in commercial test fitting, architecture, drafting, construction documents, and/or interior design
  • Account Management experience and/or experience managing customers or clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Experience or familiarity with creating space plans and test fits for workplace clients. This includes an understanding of workplace trends and space planning ratios
  • Experience managing outsourced or onsite teams on creative or architecture projects
  • Desire to work with a team that is hard working and fun loving while helping build a software that is changing the way the real estate industry views and plans space
  • Experience with at least a few of the major architecture and 3D programs: 3DS Max, Maya, Revit, Rhinoceros, Sketchup, AutoCAD.
