Your Opportunity

Our APAC Regional Global Consumer Banking, Data and Analytics team are looking for an experienced Products, Portfolio and Partnerships Analyst to join our function.

Reporting to the Business Analytics Group Manager and partnering with internal and external senior stakeholders your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Gathering operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine business performance.
  • Identifying data patterns & trends to share insights that enhance business decision making capability.
  • Continuously improving processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
  • Developing sound program impact forecasting, tracking this over time to build knowledge on how each treatment impacts the product dynamics.
  • Standardizing the production of Product Management Tools and Dashboards to enable easier and more efficient drawing of insights on the health of a product, its maturity, risk and opportunities.
  • Ensuring the alignment of definitions across the region on the relevant KPIs on product management, specifically CNR. (customer net revenue)

Your experience:

You will be able to demonstrate;
  • Proven experience in analyzing large datasets; applying mathematical, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to perform complex analyses and data mining.
  • Excellent problem solving capability. You take a considered and consultative approach in identifying the root causes of business problems, sharing your knowledge of data and industry developments to provide recommendations and implement solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. You can communicate, engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Industry thought leadership. You understand the latest developments in your industry and are able to articulate how they may benefit the organization.
