Project Manager (AVP) – Onboarding and Digital Branch

AVP, Business Transformation (Onboarding)

The role of the Business Transformation Lead is to:
  • Lead and execute projects to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding journey for all customer segments
  • Execute digital transformation roadmap, by actively building channel and process capabilities to create an enhanced and consistent customer experience across multiple platforms
  • Partner with business leads, technology project manager and external vendors (as required) to jointly deliver multiple streams of straight through product execution within scope, timeline and budget
  • Manages and communicates clearly with key stakeholders on project status, key risks and issues
  • Responsible for development of business requirements, business case, including user acceptance testing, change management, training, communications as well as redefining business process and driving the target operating model design
  • Engage cross functional stakeholders and ensure enhanced capability build supports the front office needs and business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced customer experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering transformational projects
  • Strong user centric mindset in designing processes and solutions
  • Embrace ambiguity and a track record of someone who can take a concept and make it real
  • Thirst and curiosity for knowledge, continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to think out of the box with a constant lookout for leading industry practices
  • Energy and passion to lead and influence stakeholders and fellow colleagues
  • Experience in managing and balancing the needs of business and IT
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Six sigma certification is a plus
  • Solid project management, change management and facilitation skills. PMP or Prince 2 certification is a plus
