In a growing market for the Wealth Management Industry, Credit objective is to reinforce its position as a significant contributor to revenues and growth, by increasing its penetration rate, adapting its offer, while enhancing the monitoring and controlling the costs-to-deliver (industrialization). RISK needs also to address evolving monitoring requirements, specifically for very significant positions and sophisticated clients Structuring Business decisions are under finalization (Norms, End-to-End process review, Offering and Segmentation,..)

This Job Description is concerning Credit Lombard and Derivatives trading Monitoring

Under the management of the Credit RIsk Domain Manager located in ASIA and the My Credit Program Manager located in PARIS, , the Credit Lombard and Derivatives trading Monitoring Project Manager will be responsible for:

a. Manage the team allocated to this stream (functional management as per project management practices) (4 to 7 FTE, including BA and developers; this team will be build progressively)
b. Manage and coordinate the Project , the budget and the planning ( multi-year program ; 2018 to
2021) ; propose roadmap, define main milestones,..
c. Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the projects of the program (from scoping to implementation) to agreed parameters;
d. Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis;
e. Manage with IT teams the definition of the IT architecture for this stream and get the validation of this architecture with all stakholders
f. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high- level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;
g. Ensure new setup is compatible with existing WMIS standards in terms of parameterization in order to mutualize as possible the target solution;
h. Manage RFP and organize POC with potential external vendors
i. Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders and IT teams in different geographical locations to analyze functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Requirement Statement Sheet, General Functional Requirement Document, Detailed Functional Requirement Document);
j. Be responsible to prepare , animate the Monthly Steerco of his/her stream
k. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs; identify upfront dependencies with other teams potentially involved within the project;
l. Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost or schedule, risks and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them with urgency, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner;
m. Define Test strategy, test use cases and co-ordinate UAT;
n. Elaborate and execute the change management plan with the users of the solutions;
o. Co-ordinate and chair meetings with project stakeholders from all levels from sponsor to project team, potentially in different locations;
p. Be the liaison between the business units and technology teams;
q. Deal with all project related escalations, and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve these in a timely manner;
r. Make or facilitate the making of decisions in a timely manner;
s. Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner by using a variety of formal and informal communication channels;
t. Ensure that project documentation and artefacts are current, relevant and correct;
u. Define Digital Banking functionalities, user journey and customer experience
v. Leveradge on Agile SCRUM methodology best practices;

The key stakeholders involved are at the EXCO level of the concerned Business Lines and Territories Concerned. Main Key stakeholders are located in Paris, but some are also in Geneva, Honk-Kong, Singapore and Luxembourg.
The WM Information Systems teams are mainly located in Singapore and Chennai.

o Functionally reports to the My Credit Program Manager in PARIS
o Hierarchically reports to the Credit RISK Domain Manager in Asia ( Singapore)
Geographic location:
o Based in Singapore
o Travels to the main sites should be considered as part of the job Description (Europe and Asia)

Expected skills/Profile:

- Expertise in the Wealth Management industry , in particular in CH and or in ASIA
- Expertise in the Credit Lombard, in order to be able to be able to :
o Understand the current existing platform
o Produce Business analysis documents and General functional Specifications in direct link with Sponsors, and be able to challenge needs as well as technical solutions,
o Be familiar with hands’ on experience as a BA within an IT contect with the following notions ;
 Credit Lombard proposal to client
 Pledging (Specific pledging, Collateral sharing, Global pledging)
 Collateral calculation and norms ( financing value, margin call, liquidation, basel, concentration, capping, ,..)
 Exposure calculation ( maturity,..)
 Shortfall coverage ( collateral sharing, cross-currency,..)
 Credit line excess / authorization
 Covenants and derogation

- 5 years of experience of FULL project management in banking, with projects delivered across different locations
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience of BA role in Banking – Credit Lombard activity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, seniors managers, EXCO members, and subject matter experts;
- Capacity to work under strong pressure and stress
- Autonomy
- Experience in working in project using establish project management process methodology such as Agile SCRUM
