Job Summary:

Responsible for collections productivity initiatives both through the dialer and other means in terms of replacing calls with alternate modes.
Job Description:
Works with the APAC collections head and would be responsible for:
  • Effective utilization of work force management tool to enhance colector productivity
  • Working with Dialler SMEs and ensure enhancements to country's dialer strategy
  • Driving global projects - CPMS, Global MIS changes if any, and DART
  • System changes and last mile, also ensure effective leveraging of capabilities
  • Work on capacity plan standardization
  • MIS centralization
  • Drive expense reduction initiatives related to collector productivity
  • Calling strategy including SMS and email
