Regional Sales Enablement Manager

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Aligns with sales enablement and marketing to develop/support goals and objectives for regional sales growth
  • Create and manage quarterly campaign coverage calendar for vertical markets within region
  • Help identify solutions and/or technologies that drive sales efficiency and/or revenue growth
  • Research, define and launch programs
  • Measure program success and outcomes
  • Drive adoption and usage of Dynamics(CRM) automation solutions
  • Oversee planning and management for roles, responsibilities, coverage and rules of engagement within regional sales organization
  • Advocate for the sales function and sales leadership with executive management

  • Line of business leadership and product management

Education and experience desired:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters or MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years sales or sales operations experience
  • Experience in project or program management
  • Experience in collaborative/team environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Execution focus, ties tactics to the overall strategy and is focused on delivery within set timelines
  • Skill in productivity, process optimization, planning, workload management and organizational agility
