Regional Sales Manager - Asia

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales/business development of the Ambit Asset Finance products and services in Asia working with regional Presales resources and the Director of Sales.
The ideal candidate will have a background in account based selling and have experience of:

  • Researching and developing target accounts utilising external and internal networks
  • Building a network across all parts of the target account to create and shape opportunities
  • Tailoring and personalising key messages for target accounts and stakeholders within the accounts
  • Working within the leasing and lending software industry either at a competitor organisation or within a finance organisation

Primary Responsibilities (70%)
  • Deliver sales of Ambit Asset Finance in defined markets as per an agreed sales plan
  • Plan and delivery country specific campaigns in partnership with the FIS account / country manager network with primary focus on:
  • Thailand
  • China
  • Japan
  • Philippines
  • Further develop our market universe coverage accessing key stakeholders in the region
  • Respond to RFI/P requests in a timely manner and lead the timeline to complete of all customer facing responses
  • Work with country managers and presales to develop presentations / key messaging to prospects in the region
Secondary Responsibilities (30%)
  • Work with marketing to go to market strategies and event planning
  • Accountable for the end to end order management process including the management of all associated processes and their relevant metrics. To ensure proper handover of associated documents to the Professional Services Team.
  • Provide management with detailed regular reports indicating progress of all sales, renewals, and new business. Maintain the corporate CRM system with complete, up to date and accurate information on all contacts, leads and opportunities.
  • Ensure that travel and related expenses are optimized and managed within the budget defined for in the Sales plan document.
