Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The key responsibility is to drive origination of customers who are entering our core markets in Asia from the network and structure GTB solutions for their needs
  • Work with Corporate Bank and Commercial Bank heads and GMs in countries to target clients
  • Provide GTB solutions for the working capital needs of customers going abroad from their home markets
  • Work with country sales and product teams to galvanise support for these cross-border clients
  • Identify cross-border flows and the resulting domestic payments and collection needs across countries that we can capture
  • Work on regional RFPs to position our unique value proposition across countries

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12+ years Transaction Banking experience
  • Minimum 8+ years Cash Management sales experience
  • Regional sales or product experience and exposure required
  • Possess strong leadership and inter-personal skills to manage clients and internal stakeholders
  • Cash management solutioning ability to meet customer requirements
  • A keen interest and understanding of the needs of companies as they go cross-border and enter new markets
  • Strong sales management mindset to grow pipeline and win mandate
  • Independent self-starter and willing to share knowledge and expertise
