Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for KRI Metrics Reporting, and provide support to Global, Regional and Locational Controls initiatives related to CIB Operations in the Regional Trade Centers
  • Work closely with teams of Operations Managers and Asia Operations Control Management to support the Metrics and KRI Reporting and Controls related initiatives spanning across various lines of business, such as Emerging Markets, Banking Trade / Loan, Cash Management, Cash Equities / F&O and Investor Services.
  • Engage actively with Regional Stakeholders in Operations Metrics and Key Risk Indicator Reporting
  • Assist in the monitoring and dissection of operational incidents and errors
  • Support Controls related initiatives across various cross-functional groups
  • Review of Operations processes including interviewing and soliciting for inputs on process reviews
  • Be a solutions and innovation partner for our stakeholders and Regional Trade Centers operations
  • Build strong partnership with various teams to help deliver quality results

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance / Accountancy or other relevant qualifications etc.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience from Banking, Finance, Internal / External Audit industries, with operations exposure of business process management, consulting, or audit
  • Prior experience in Controls, Root Cause Analysis or Operations process analysis and good knowledge of Investment Banking products
  • Good understanding of Operational processes and high attention to details in identifying control gaps
  • Adaptable and quick learner, with the ability to navigate successfully through different operating cultures
  • Good written and interpersonal skills, with strong cross cultural communication skills.
  • A positive team player who is confident working in fast pace, high performance environments in Investment Banks, Audit firms or MNC operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
