About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international bank with a strong presence across Asia and an established platform in Singapore. The bank provides a broad range of corporate and commercial banking services and continues to strengthen its regulatory compliance and governance capabilities.

Job Description

• Review regulatory consultation papers, regulatory developments, notices and guidelines, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory compliance advisory to business units and stakeholders across the bank.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews, and support updates to internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting, including FATCA/CRS, governance meetings, regulatory interactions, audits, compliance training, and ad-hoc compliance projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance from Banking, Insurance, FinTech or Audit.
• Good understanding of regulations, notices and guidelines, with exposure to Corporate Banking, Treasury or Private Banking.
• Hands-on experience in regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring and testing, regulatory change, policy reviews, or related compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, compliance, audit, and senior management stakeholders.
