Resource Management Executive (9 months) #SGUnitedTraineeships
T his position reports to the Resource Management Lead and will be working closely with multiple stakeholders across different levels on initiatives relating to Capability Development and shaping an IT Onboarding Program for the IT division.

IT Onboarding Program
1. Study the current onboarding process through active engagement with stakeholders/recent new joiners from different IT pillars
2. Engage and drive identified stakeholders from each IT division to contribute to the content creation
3. Engage with senior IT leaders to coordinate expectations with the outcome from the onboarding program.
4. To explore feasibility of using digital tools/applications to improve onboarding experience for new joiners
5. Apply Design Thinking approach to streamline the information collated into a holistic onboarding pack, where information is easily accessible and serves as a centralised source of knowledge for new IT joiners. These information includes and not limited to the following key areas:

- General IT Policies and Procedures
- IT Procurement Processes
- Resource Management for People Managers
- Project Delivery / Project Management Toolkit
- Applications Governance, SDLC framework, RUN Income
and Release Management
- Technology & Operations Service Catalog
- Enterprise Architecture Office (NFR, Overall Architecture, AWG & TWG
processes)
- IT Risk & Security (Due Diligence, Cyber Awareness, Audit
Management)

IT Capability Development
1. Assist in the redesign of a competency development framework that will steer the learning blueprint for IT division. This include:
- Conduct market research on industry best practices
- Participate in conversations with senior stakeholders to refresh the
competencies to ensure their relevance, and develop new competency
models for roles that have evolved

2. Apply Design Thinking approach to explore new tools and/or digital platforms for talent development initiatives/learnings for diverse group of internal employees

Qualifications

  • Degree Qualifications
  • Individuals who have completed at least 1 internship stint is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated strong leadership traits and had assumed leadership roles in CCAs/ led projects to successful deliver
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (i.e MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
