  • Risk Manager, Project Delivery is a senior role responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of key projects within O&T, through the provision of project management guidance and support to senior stakeholders.
  • Partnering with PMO to undertake reviews of highly complex projects and programs to assess health of projects against best practices. Plan and manage the review of key projects. Develop review plan, ToR, timelines, management of dependencies and formulation of reports, ensuring adherence to SDLC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management to ensure stakeholders buy into review observations and recommendations, with ability to challenge at all levels.
  • Support and shape the delivery of key projects by offering impartial, guidance and support aimed at enabling delivery of the agreed business outcomes. This will include identifying key project stakeholders and agreeing with them an appropriate support and guidance regime based on project complexity.
  • Monitor progress for key projects to understand delivery, helping anticipate and pro-actively resolve key risks to delivery and benefits realisation.
  • Lead the on-going development and refinement of the SDLC in order to enhance execution of best practice project management standards, reducing risk and improving confidence in the overall design and delivery of projects and major change initiatives.

  • Degree in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate an excellent track record in program and project delivery risk management gained through leading large, complex projects or change programs across multiple disciplines and will offer expertise in business change and transformation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential and possess proven experience in influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders working within challenging circumstances and competing priorities.
  • Experience in project review and assessment is a pre-requisite for this role and can demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and themes from reporting data to plan effectively and mitigate elements of risk.
  • Results-focused with excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure delivery to deadlines and will demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and deal with ambiguity.
  • Solid understanding of private banking systems and IT environment is required, and business operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of regulatory (e.g. MAS, HKMA) requirements.
