Overview
The aim of the program is to develop a young pool of Marketing Associates to provide support to the Private Bankers within Bank of Singapore.

Rotational Marketing Associates (RMAs) will first undergo a structured training program for 12-14 weeks before they are assigned to support to the Private Bankers in various marketing teams on a rotational basis for a period between 18-24 months. The RMAs may be permanently placed within the marketing team depending on the suitability of their profiles. Through the trainings and rotations, the RMAs will be equipped to deliver top-notch service to our clients.

Description

  • Provides administrative and client service support to Private Ban
  • Responds to all client enquiries and instructions; capable of resolving most issues and requests
  • Maintains paperwork and records of client accounts and transactions
  • Maintains client data and reports, e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc
  • Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials
  • Understands the basic mechanisms of common financial products and services
  • Coordinates with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas


Qualifications
  • Good Degree in Accountancy/Business/Banking & Finance or related discipline from a reputable institution
  • Candidates with less than 2 years of working experience in Banking & Finance are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
  • Strong organisation skills and meticulous
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
