Responsibilities
•  Work with IT Strategy and Architecture functions to define and develop the Technical Architecture and Roadmaps for GIC
•  Work with Cyber Security and IT Risk functions to implement processes, tools and technologies to strengthen the security of GIC data, systems and infrastructure
•  Identify, implement and operationalise relevant and innovative technologies, tools and processes to increase the agility, resilience, reliability and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure and end user technologies
•  Provide the Business Partner and Solutions teams in Technology Group with cost-effective and best-in-class infrastructure and services
•  Responsible for all aspects of Disaster Recovery for IT systems and services in driving Business Continuity
•  Provide leadership for 24/7 global service operations and KPI compliance

Requirements
•  Degree in IT, Computer Science or Related Discipline
•  15+ years of relevant experience in the design, build and run of all areas of infrastructure (data and voice network, data centres, storage and compute infrastructure, and cloud technology)
•  5+ years of relevant experience in managing a 24/7, global infrastructure
•  Relevant experience in architecting, implementing and operating infrastructure and platforms on Amazon, and/or Google, and/or Azure public cloud
•  Relevant knowledge and experience with ITIL concepts and adoption
•  Portfolio & Project Management certifications preferred (e.g. PgMP,  PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2)
•  Experience in dealing with regulatory and compliance issues
