Responsibilities

  • Understand and consult with strategic partners across key markets and relevant ecosystems to derive solution gaps and opportunities
  • Work with country, product, and regional ecosystem stakeholders to define our partner solution strategy and roadmap
  • Establish robust and proactive product and technology roadmaps to deliver against partnership strategy and partner solution expectations
  • Work with business and functional teams to translate partnership strategy into specific partner solution requirements
  • Define, deliver and review partner solution set and capabilities together with in-market teams
  • Engage with ecosystem partners, government and regulatory agencies, fintech companies and developer communities to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver solution and capabilities to unlock partnership opportunities
  • Manage key partnerships directly to deliver against timelines and scope of projects, including managing internal teams to meet these goals


Requirements

  • 8-12 years in top-tier consumer internet / PaaS / SaaS / enterprise software / financial services or related industries
  • Strong thought leader with demonstrated success in professional services, client engagement, partner management with track record of delivering impactful results through partners
  • Proven ability to create solutions to enable partnership opportunities, experience in consultative selling and pre-sales work
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to drive partnership development and complex project management
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments, bias towards action
  • Strong communication skills, ability to speak tech and business when needed
  • Familiarity with banking, financial services, payments, and platform businesses
  • Well-versed in API-driven and platform-based partnerships, solution and architecture design and development, and partner integration
