Our client is the family office of a principal with an impressive track record of commercial success and philantrophic activities. To support its continued growth, it is now seeking to appoint a dynamic human resources leader.
Reporting to the principal, this is a visible role where you will develop a progressive and forward-looking human resources function to support the company’s growth agenda. This is a full-suite role that encompasses driving strategic HR agendas and managing effective and efficient HR operations. You are expected to have a commercial mindset with a good understanding of the outcomes that the firm is driving towards, and ensure that that HR is creating solutions that solve the right problems for the firm to achieve its vision.
You are a degree qualified human resources leader with strong track record of partnering senior business leaders, ideally gained in financial services. Prior experience in family offices will be preferred. You are dynamic, strategic yet hands on, with strong EQ, presentation and communication skills.
