We Offer

  • You responsibilities as a COO / Business Manager with you acting as the key coordination and control point for the following STS tasks:
1. Business Strategy
  • You driving business priorities and projects on behalf of STS;
  • Your facilitation of the definition and execution of business strategies as defined by the STS APAC Head and the STS Sales Management Team;
2. Risk and Control
  • You ensuring business alignment with all global and local controls, regulations and corporate governance;
  • Your maintenance and review management controls for STS to ensure STS business is adequately managed and controlled;
  • You ensuring all applicable bank policies are understood and adhered to;
  • Your assurance all Audit points and New Business conditions are fully tracked to completion or closure;
  • You ensuring all BCP plans are in place and regularly reviewed
  • Your review and monitoring of all STS cost reports and ensure costs and cost related budgets are adhered to
  • Where necessary implement cost efficiency measures
3. Management Information
  • You monitoring and escalating any STS performance metrics and budgets, including, but not limited to budgets, KRIs, Risk Reports etc;
  • Ensure all revenue relating to ARC and RSA's is captured and correctly attributed to STS
4. Client Leadership
  • You supporting STS APAC and Regional Heads to implement frontline leadership measures (pricing strategy, Investment Suitability, outgoing cross-border business and incoming referral business etc)
5. Shared Service/ Aligned Functions
  • Your championship of the STS product platform priorities in the annual IT solution delivery budgeting process
  • Overseeing and coordinate delivery from support functions to address business requirements and prioritises
  • Strong collaboration across different teams regionally, especially within APAC Markets, PB APAC and STS APAC


You Offer
  • Having a strong Bachelor's Degree.
  • A deep understanding of both the Financial Markets and being passionate about Markets with a real passion for improving your continued understanding of the space.
  • CFA, CPA or related qualifications are helpful.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experiences be useful.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Strong English communication abilities, with Cantonese and Mandarin beneficial.
  • Having the ability working in a very dynamic, demanding environment, with tight time deadlines with you being able to prioritize well.
  • Demonstrating being a self-starter, along with you demonstrating a high level of motivation.
