Responsibilities: - Provide customized solutions, timely and competitive product pricing catering to different regional centres/customer segments
- Contribute to delivering the annual budget for the desk
- Develop new products to suit the varying needs of our clients in a changing market environment
- Highlight market risks and opportunities to our clients
- Support the team in risk management and daily tasks
- Understand the risks of the portfolio and assist in managing the portfolio
Requirements - At least 1 -3 years relevant experience
- Good academic results in a strong technical / analytical degree if no prior experience
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyse problems and come up with effective solutions
- Basic understanding of derivative products
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to explain solutions to internal and external customers
- High sense of responsibility and ownership to ensure given tasks are seen to fruition on time
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver results according to plan
- Takes initiative and adopts 360 degree view to improve efficiency of the team by enhancing automation of daily operational processes and tasks
