Job Purpose:
The role will have substantial impact on protecting DBS's customers from fraud and scams. The person will be responsible for understanding latest fraud trends and pattern to drive effective campaigns to engage and educate customers about fraud. The person will also develop preventive measures to reduce fraud & scam loses for our customers and DBS.The role will have substantial impact on protecting DBS's customers from fraud and scams. Key Accountabilities:
  • Effective campaigns that raise fraud awareness amongst our customers
  • Timely implementation of preventive fraud measures.
  • Improved Fraud Prevention and Recovery Rates
Responsibilities :
  • Research and analyse fraud cases to identify and prevent future fraud in partnership with multiple departments and assess cases for financial assistance.
  • Customer education & awareness: Develop programs and partnerships to educate and raise awareness about latest scams and security tips to stay safe when banking with us.
  • Identifies areas that need increased security procedures or digital capabilities to protect customer accounts. Develop preventive measures to reduce fraud & scam loses for our customers and DBS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a related position.
  • Experience in running large campaigns to drive customer education and awareness with partners.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-function teams, creative and media agencies to plan and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analytical thinking skills to develop insights and action plans.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
