We are looking for a project support analyst to track and manage the data security stream work deliverables, gather business requirements and perform data security administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Workstream KPIs: hard and soft project KPIs including schedule, issue management, stakeholder management Employee journey KPIs: Improve the data journey experience: functional, social, emotional changes Assist the DataFirst Data Security team with day-to-day data security project management tasks Plan Agile program delivery & reporting Keep track of meeting actions and follow-ups Work as part of a lightweight dedicated data security team Assist with consolidating program view across multiple dependencies and units across technology Work with business users to agree requirements and acceptable solutions User access governance Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology 2-5yrs of experience as a project analyst coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and contributing to overall strategy understanding of data security principles including protection, access, isolation and surveillance. Experience with Active Directory tools for user access assessment / governance Experience with Citrix, including administration Understanding of Project Management concepts related to schedule, risk, issue and status tracking and monitoring Good planning, tracking and reporting skills Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective Experience working in an agile environment with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent external and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with data security tools such as IBM Guardium, Privitar, BlueTalon, Protegrity, SecurPi, Voltage would be a big advantage Apply Now
