Organizational Change, Clients and Colleagues

  • Support CoS Private Banking APAC in all key client, people and organizational change initiatives, working closely with specific SME and key partners.
  • Support the development of Private Banking organisational culture, performance management, leadership development, colleague role competencies, employee engagement and organisational change agenda.
  • Project Manage the successful execution of strategic projects to realise long term business dreams.
  • Partner with UHNW platform, market areas and P&S to find opportunities to drive economic contribution for key communities (YIO alumni, Focus Families).
  • Take responsibility for executing the Private Banking APAC client survey feedback program.
  • Lead and develop a high performing business management team.
Management Support
  • Support the control and management of PB regional management expenses, CoS expenses, APAC divisional allocations and Corporate Function allocations.
  • Ensure PB APAC internal and external communication plans raise organizational profile and place to be ambitioned.
  • Support Private Banking CEO and CoS with strategic presentations and briefings.
  • Lead the creation of management presentations, workshop materials and associated content for client and colleague events.
  • Lead the preparation and execution of PB APAC regional events. (e.g. TL conference, ERM forum, Chairman's Club) including responsibility for all logistics and set-up.
  • Provide key HR analytics for HC Planning data for productivity reviews.
Corporate Governance
  • Provide secretariat support to PB ExCo Committee meetings (agenda setting, minutes, follow-up on action items, proposals for changes to set-up).
  • Support COS in ensuring Private banking APAC has the necessary governance structures including committees, mandates and composition.
  • Provide support in ensuring reporting for COS teams MICOS, Audit and regulatory remediation are complete to time and quality.
  • Ensure intranet and internet content remains up to date and fully compliant.
Regional CoS PB APAC
  • Assist CoS of PB APAC to set the right priorities for various meetings based on the key strategic focus for the region, including conducting strategic reviews and tracking the progress made against the strategic priorities.
  • With external service providers, find opportunities to improve the effectiveness and performance of the PB business in APAC.
  • Build positive working relationships with key service providers and partners in PB APAC.
Global & Regional Connectivity
  • Coordinate initiatives with an APAC regional scope as it relates to PB APAC colleagues and clients.
  • Be the liaison person for external industry bodies for projects/initiatives that require Credit Suisse Private Banking representation (E.G. IBF, HKWMA).
  • Facilitate cross-divisional/cross-regional collaboration to realise operational efficiencies.

You Offer
  • You should have 8-10 years' experience in business management and strategic planning experience across an international bank and/or a major consulting firm within financial services (focus on PB).
  • You have strong experience in PMO (>3 years), with preference for experience in functions such as Organizational Development, Change Control/Issue/Risk Management, COO, Business Management office.
  • You have an Undergraduate Degree from a reputable University.
  • You are able to recognize strategic needs, lead planning with research-based business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners.
  • You should demonstrate strong social, verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent presentation skills that encompass clear and compelling communications.
  • You have experience navigating large and complex organizations (both internal and client organizations), including gaining access to key executives and business partners, with a consistent record of attaining meaningful alignment and driving organizational transformation
  • You have the ability to handle multiple business initiatives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • You are a power user in Microsoft Office software.
