Command Group are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Data Scientist to work with a multi award winning Logistics Tech organization based in Singapore.

Our client are utilizing the latest machine learning technologies to disrupt the logistics/supply chain domain on a global scale.

The successful Senior Data Scientist will be operating initially as a sole contributor, with the view of establishing a robust Data Science team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Data model creation, development, visualization, deployment and optimization
• Applying deep-learning natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms utilizing transformer deep learning models
• Applying state-of-art machine learning techniques such as RNN
• Operating as a key data science sole contributor & liaising with various overseas offices
• Working closely alongside the Product Head & Engineering Head.  

 

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience working on NLP projects with transformer deep learning models
• Familiar with deep learning algorithms such as RNN
• Proficient in analyzing data, hands on coding and automating data handling through SQL, Python and R.
• Strong communicational skills
• Circa 5 years’ experience working within Computer/Data Science
• A PhD or MS in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science)
