The Senior Project Manager role will be:
  • Reporting to the Senior Program Manager who is leading the Consumer Technology Transformation program for Taiwan and India markets
  • Managing simultaneous projects under the program throughout the project lifecycle (from initiation till post implementation) following Agile or Waterfall methodologies while continuously planning for the alignment of new projects to the Transformation Program goals
  • Ensuring project status communication to various levels of the organization - from project working group up to Top Management
  • Monitoring project risks and issues and raising timely escalations following the governance protocols
  • Partnering closely with the Project Stakeholders from business, operations, technology and compliance groups of various levels. Project teams may be globally located working in different timezones
  • Monitoring project financials and adherence to the artifacts requirements stated in the Citi SDLC Procedures


To qualify for this role, the candidate must have:
  • BA/BS degree required in IT or equivalent, a master degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of IT in Banking industry experience where 3 years is on project management
  • Proven successful projects managed from initiation till finish delivering highly complex technology projects with operational/business impact in a tight schedule
  • A proven capability to articulate complex technology solution challenges/issues into project or program level risk or issue
  • An exemplary communications and outstanding team facilitation/presentation skills catering to different levels of the organization
  • Financial acumen to monitor project/program financials and participate in the next year program budget
