Join an international banking group as Senior Vice President, Regional Product Propositions and Client Engagement. In this role, you will be leading strategic initiatives and propositions across 17 key markets in the region. This role will be based in Singapore. What you will be
performing in this role:

  • You will be responsible for leading the strategy to build a 1) customer focused and 2)need-based product suite for the regional markets. 

  • You will identify potential and build  new proposition opportunities for key client segments and offer value-added and differentiated offerings for our customers. 

  • Internally, you will support the countries and teams in the region on all bancassurance product related matters.  

  • Externally, you will engage and manage the key insurance partner as well as other product providers and partners to ensure the right profitable product mix for our insurance offerings. 

  • You will be responsible for product reviews and design, focusing on competitiveness, constant upgrading, durability and compliance. 

  • Reporting to the Regional Head of Insurance, you will also work closely to oversee and build regional and country projects progressively. 

What are we looking for: 

  • Ideally, you will bring actuarial qualifications and/or relevant actuarial product and pricing experience. 

  • At this level, you would have at least 15 years of consolidated experience with critical skills in product development. 

  • You will bring good understanding across a wide range of insurance products and can demonstrate good depth of experience in end-end product development across pricing, design, service, distribution and marketing. 

  • In person, you are able to demonstrate a high level of commerciality and excellent communication and presentations skills to interact with senior stakeholders and multi-cultural team members as well.  

  • Your experience and ability to work and navigate in regional and matrix environments will also be critical.
