Service Delivery Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day monitoring of the production environment
  • Provide first level (L1) support for applications used across the region
  • Manage all incidents and problems encountered by regional users
    • Ensure all incidents are properly documented, prioritised, escalated where necessary
    • Ensure that problem management process are conducted for all major incidents to derive the actual root cause and the permanent remedial actions
  • Conduct training with users to be more efficient in the use of the Bank's systems
  • Assist with delivery of ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned, ensuring timeliness and quality on deliverables

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of working experience, prior experience supporting applications in Financial Services sector
  • Proficient in Mandarin language to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge and hands on of Incident and problem management processes
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • General knowledge of financial markets and associated banking products
