Specialist, Product Management, Commercial Payment Solutions Asia Pacific

Travel and Entertainment (T&E) is the second largest controllable expense and business travel takes up a majority of the total T&E expenses in a company. Mastercard continues to drive innovation in corporate payments through solutions such as Corporate cards, Central Travel Solution (CTS) and InControl for Business Travel. Cost control, data availability and policy compliance becomes critical to increasing negotiation power with preferred suppliers. Mastercard Travel Payment Solutions provides a seamless consolidation of enhanced data that empowers companies to make more informed decisions, improve reconciliation, drive program compliance, achieve accounting support and optimize travel program management.

T&E Product Specialist - The incumbent is responsible for:
1. Manage overall portfolio performance, increase program penetration and create product communications across Asia Pacific
2. Analyze and monitor each product performance and identify the potential optimization opportunities.
3. Develop & lead corresponding execution of product go-to-market plans.
4. Engage directly with Sales and Account Management on product roadmap, ensure overall platform health and ongoing product support including training
5. Drive efforts and provide advice on ways to effectively streamline business processes and efficiencies at Mastercard
6. Support the enhancement of new projects/initiatives e.g. expand integration with various Travel providers in anticipation of or response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
7. Develop differentiating strategies that promote transformational approaches in growing the business travel arena and deliver superior T&E solutions at Mastercard
8. Manage project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within assigned discipline
9. Research and communicate industry best practices, trends and competitive intelligence to support internal and external knowledge documents.
10. Provides insights that may influence the sales strategy, and contributes to the development of materials for training and RFPs
