System Analyst (Base24 & ATM Application)

Perform Level 1 Production Support
Perform system health check on daily basis (2 shifts, 18 x 7 roster)
Pro-actively look for Production system improvements and defects prevention to add value to business
Work with ATM vendors to understand and apply hotfixes with proper test management cycle
Troubleshoot & provide Base24 hotfixes with proper test management cycle
Perform SIT and support UAT on fixes
Deploy changes to production after UAT sign off
Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders to ensure user priorities are handled within expected timelines
Work with other teams in IT and coordinate system related activities
Ensure compliance to internal processes

Qualifications

Successful Candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information technology with 4-6 years' work experience in similar capacity
5 years working experience in banking environment, mandatory with experience in supporting crucial production Base24 & ATM application systems
Technically competent in HP Non Stop platform and excellent in TAL & COBOL programing language
Candidates must have domain knowledge in Base24 Application Classic (Rel 5 & 6).
A self-motivated personality, and able to work efficiently by himself/herself, as well as, in a team
