T24 Technical Consultant / Production Support Analyst
Position Summary:
The Production Support Analyst is responsible for IT application support activities including maintenance and second level support. They will work closely with the Service Desk to provide second level support to ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT application-related incidents and service requests.
    Requirements:
    • A Bachelor degree - Information Technology or equivalent qualifications
    • Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in T24 support environment
    • Ready to learn and work in new technology/product
    • Experience in Production Support role will be an added advantage
    • Exposure to Banking & Finance domain would be an added advantage
    • Preferably prior usage of SQL, Dynatrace and Splunk logs to identify/troubleshoot issues
    • Working knowledge of Java
    • Must be able to work on shift rotation - (Morning, Day and Night Shift)
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with troubleshooting by partnering with other IT teams across the organization (Business Technology, Infrastructure, etc)
    • Manage assigned tickets by providing analysis and solution where applicable for Incidents and Service Requests in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business requirements
    • Perform daily system checks to ensure all systems are up and running
    • Follow department processes for issue resolution, escalation, and triage
    • Maintain positive attitude and customer advocate through product issue resolution
    • As required, provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents
    • As necessary, liaise with IT suppliers to ensure IT application-related incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure problem prevention methods are continuously applied to improve service levels and reduce costs
    • Monitor and provide recommendations for system performance improvements
    • Maintain IT application support technical documentation
    • Analysis of logs (Application, Database and Error logs)
    • Provide Pre COB, COB and POST COB support
