APAC TTS Technology group that supports Cash management and Trade business across Asia markets is seeking a Finance and Program Management Lead, who will drive standard program management discipline and ensure strict adherence to project quality compliance guidelines, addressing key initiatives.

The individual will also act as a finance & budget lead for TTS Cash Technology Programs and ensure alignment with key program tasks and work streams across various business/products within TTS.

Job Scope
  • Engage TTS Business/Product & Operations partners along with technology team to support capacity planning, Book Of Work (BOW) maintenance & reporting
  • Prepare reports & templates to communicate actual results, forecasted performance, variances-to-plan on team budget and suggest recommendations
  • Interact with various functions and prepare quarterly and annual forecasts, budget, reporting, and financial modeling
  • Use business knowledge to identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize results and drive/influence decisions on budget spend
  • Provide status updates and reviews in line with agreed milestones & ensure stakeholders are aware of key decisions, outcomes & risks at all times
  • Coordinate and manage steering committee meetings to mitigate risk and timely decision making
  • Identify and respond to key project risks and escalate known issues to influence project outcomes


Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing program financials
  • Knowledge of IT Governance, financials and budget process, program management, and software development life cycle
  • Knowledge and experience in Payments & Receivables domain is a plus
  • Good track record of project managing mid-size projects
  • Excellent analytical ability to understand complex and diverse issue, identify root cause and recommend solutions
