We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner. Your role will be to source and identify in-demand candidates to join our scaling hub in Singapore, and further drive our hyper-growth.

Help us scale and grow our headcount and lead full-cycle recruitment processes
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates, sell BigPay as an employer
Drive the offer process
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience; even those who were unsuccessful - give them the best possible experience
Partner with Hiring Managers to meet their needs and be a subject-matter expert for them; on talent mapping, salary benchmarking.
Driving Process improvements and Recruitment Strategy
Collaborate with the wider People team so everything from contracts, visas, background checks and onboarding happen like clockwork for your candidates
To be successful
Bachelors degree from a top university
Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment with aggressive timelines
Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders; you'll be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an ever changing environment
You'll be a confident communicator and have the ability to interact at all levels.
You understand how best to adapt your approach to your audience
You'll be a self-starter - someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace.
You will have the ability to plan and execute and will be results driven and numbers oriented.
