Transforming Testing for Banking Programs, including the overall Testing Strategy, Test Plan, Functional /Non-Functional Testing and Test Automation
  • Own the Testing Strategy and its implementation for banking programs to ensure that the deployments to production are of utmost quality and the entire testing lifecycle is highly optimized and effective.
  • Build and own the Functional Testing Execution capabilities for the banking programs in the Systems Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) Environments (UAT).
  • Build and own the Test Automation capabilities for Functional and Integration Testing.
  • Implement and manage a Test Environment best practices with adherence to entry/exit and other toll gate criteria.
  • Implement effective Test Execution lifecycle management and reporting capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and effective communications between the test teams and stakeholders
  • Drive consistency and efficiencies in routines and reporting across towers and across programs
  • Drive development and adoption of organizational and delivery performance metrics
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Technology, ideally in global financial services firms.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation roles in testing space, Transforming form Manual to Automated Suits.
  • Experience with Selenium
  • Experience with Core Infrastructure based testing Automation suits
  • A strong background in Software Development Lifecycle and experience with Agile methodology based testing delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in Testing strategy and execution in complex software environments.
  • A strong application development experience, with a background in application architecture.
  • Experience of working in large global organization with a matrix environment, utilizing virtual teams.
  • Consultative mind-set with an understanding of financials and commercials for running organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiating skills, comfortable executing against recommendations & plans by overcoming barriers and resistance.
