What you do
- Serve as the primary liaison for business users, ensuring their requirements are accurately represented
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals
- Ensure business needs are translated into functional specifications and actionable deliverables
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off

- Support smooth production rollout and transition to BAU

- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within financial services
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including senior management engagement
- Experience in project management methodologies; Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in stockbroking, capital markets, or trading environments is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with post-trade processes; clearing & settlement a plus
