Job description
  • Driving the social media agenda for the Consumer Bank, including adoption by business units, strategy for key products and segments, execution, and measurement of KPIs and analytics
  • Develop processes and frameworks for the effective usage of social media
  • Manage full agency partnership including contractual arrangements, processes, and agency performance
  • Leading the in-house video content production team (video + design) to produce quality content at lower cost including project management and script writing
  • Conceptualisation and execution of employee engagement initiatives to make staff proud of working at OCBC Bank
  • Spearheading digital adoption projects (including customer segmentation, marketing, customer journey, tracking and measuring of analytics, etc.) with hard KPIs
  • Crisis Management lead for Consumer Bank and social response for difficult questions and customers
  • Internal trainer for full day Social Media course to upskill staff
