Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to deliver the agreed one Merchant Services Framework with specific focus on One Portal - MAX, digital onboarding and Unified Commerce
  • Responsible for full compliance and scalability of solution delivered
  • To deliver projects within the agreed scope and schedule and aligned with appropriate change frameworks
  • Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the entire project (from scoping to development to implementation)
  • Ensure that project documentation and artefacts are relevant, current and correct
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the project scope and timelines, to deliver the project to agreed parameters
  • Manage, monitor and control project milestones, change to scope, cost, schedule, risks, issues and deliverables with KPIs to measure success
  • Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Perform the Scrum Master role (where required) and lead the Agile team in their sprint deliveries
  • Drive alignment across the cross-functional team, product owners, vendors, business partners and technology and operations and ensure the highest level of product readiness
  • Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships to enhance product propositions, ramp-up customer acquisition and transactional volumes
  • Develop marketing collaterals, training materials and presentations and commercialization strategy for product;
  • Provide subject-matter expertise to Product Sales and client management teams, Relationship Managers and other stakeholders on the product features

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or product rollout
  • Process review, analysis, redesign, improvements experience is highly recommended;
  • Demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results;
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills as well as leadership qualities to successfully manage projects as well as various partners and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills;
  • Understanding of the relationship and interdependencies across product groups and units;
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically;
  • Ability to drive execution with multiple stakeholders & functions;
  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams concurrently and effectively resolve issues
  • Make or facilitate the making of decisions in a timely manner
  • Ability to deal with all project related escalation and resolve in a timely manner
  • Good customer and relationship management skills;
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams is a plus;
  • Must be able to work independently;
