About the Department
The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all digital learning contents within the Bank with a focus of increasing digital learning adoption
  • Support design and development initiatives for digital learning contents to deliver a seamless experience for users as the Bank pursues digitization for learning and development activities
  • Focusing on user experience, work closely with Talent & Development program owners to leverage on systems and platforms to build positive learning experiences and ingrain digital learning journeys and experiences into the Bank's learning programs
  • Research and push innovative digital solutions and learning delivery methods and approaches in the Bank
  • Be involved in digitization and automation projects on learning platforms


Job Requirements
  • A tech savvy person and interested in learning and development
  • Able to work in a team and build effective relationships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
  • Basic programming skills and experience working with learning management systems would be a plus
