Responsibilities

  • Meet revenue targets and other quantitative targets like yield, AUMs, account growth and fee income ratio
  • Source for and acquire new EAMs within market
  • Provide support in investment research, investment ideas and particularly dealing to EAMs
  • Maintain regular contact with EAMs to understand theirs needs and participate actively to improve the bank’s platform and processes
  • Do KYC of referred client’s (background and source of wealth)
  • Ensure compliance with bank’s and regulatory requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 3-5 years of work experience
  • Proven sales track record of direct selling experience in private banking business
  • Sound product knowledge relating to private banking
  • Good understanding of compliance & regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to listen & understand client’s requirements
  • Team player & ability to work together with product, support team & other banking arms to acquire clients
