VP, Senior Incident Manager, Group Consumer Banking and Big Data Analytics Technology, Technology & Operations

Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in Cryptography, Identity Access Management ( Forgerock), Spring Boot and OATH2
  • 24/7 Application L2 Support & Incident management
  • Analyze tickets raised by CSO team and identify the cause of issue and work/divert to the teams.
  • Working with the respective teams to determine the root cause in case of multiple team involvement as required.
  • Ensure SIT and UAT approval and UAT BU Sign off.
  • Ensure deployment is done, first round technical verification and Business LV passed.
  • Analyze the application logs for the alerts received by monitoring application and proceed with the recovery as an when required.
  • Ensuring the batch jobs are executed as scheduled and troubleshoot the issue in case of fail jobs.
  • Assign incident to L3 for defect fix. Request for Known defect list if any and take the ownership of the defect until close.
  • Setup Defects Management call every week and put Defects Priority Guideline to business team.
  • Manage high severity high customer impact incidents focusing on fast recovery
  • Strong knowledge on Single-Sign-On (SSO) products such as SiteMinder, Forgerock and their relationships with each other
  • Experience in Identity Manager configuration
  • Dealing with authentication and authorization events, policy based user management, managing password services, session management and auditing service.
  • Experience in MariaDB and strong knowledge on PL/SQL
  • IT Risk/ Identity & Access Management project management, providing web based applications security.
  • Hands on experience of various change management tools such as Kibana and service-now to maintain, raise and resolve the ticket records of all the work done.
  • Dealing with authentication and authorization events, policy based user management, managing password services, session management and auditing service.
  • Quick learner and stronger desire to master in new Technologies.
  • Leading the team in various assignments for client specific requirement.
  • An excellent team player as well as an individual contributor with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience Banking or production support incident manager
  • At least 3 years of experience writing Python or Infrastructure support.
  • At least 3 years of experience writing UNIX Shell / Bash scripts
  • At least 3 years of experience providing enterprise Linux & Windows ,Jboss based systems administration
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 8 -10 years of Software Development experience developing Security Protocols SSO, Oauth2, OpenID connect, SAML, Certificate management, Cyber/internet security, Cryptography, etc.
  • Excellent Core Java (version 8) with knowledge of Java 1.8 features
  • Java Frameworks i.e. Spring; Hibernate
  • Experience with Shell scripting.
  • Experience with monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and tools
  • Understanding of Server & networking protocols ,LDAP
