Responsibilities

  • Develop and define enterprise business agile roadmap, set the business agile agenda and implementation plan with clear business outcomes, e.g., business value delivery and time to market
  • Define and implement metrics and performance indicators around business agility that will drive the success of the initiative
  • Engage senior management and stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for business agile agenda and participate in forums to propagate and promote business agility
  • Bridge business and technology by building a business agility culture that unifies, manages and resolves conflicts
  • Understand enterprise technology landscape and drive business agile agenda that leverages on tech partnership
  • Provide insight and guidance on enterprise/portfolio/project tech strategy that will support business agile agenda
  • Consultative approach towards business agile agenda bank wide with clear business outcomes such as business value delivery and time to market etc.
  • Identify and manage issues and risks, escalate issues as needed, and provide regular progress updates to senior management
  • Enable business agile capability in the Improvement Team through coaching and training

Requirements

  • Proven practitioner experience working with Agile & Lean Software development practices, and change management are essential
  • Communicate well with diverse stakeholder groups, strong customer focus with skilled ability to interpret and analyse customer requirements; influence design solutions in-line with Corporate and IT strategy; utilize established internal and external networks to promote innovative solutions for customers
  • Skilled ability to perform synthesis and analysis working at the conceptual level, ability to handle complexity and uncertainty, contribute to and understand strategic perspectives and translate to tactical actions
  • Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high performing teams, contributing to the overall goals of the group
  • Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities
  • Systematic and disciplined approach to planning, organizing, decision making and delegation
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
