We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Business Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Handle all payment related projects and remediation to comply with regulatory requirements, policy and standards.
  • Monthly review of all unclaimed and escrow accounts register.
  • Work across Global Functions to improve payment end to end process.
  • Oversight of Payment Services Team processing covering cheques issuance and deposits
  • Demand guarantees issuance or receive, accounts monitoring; Cash transactions and audit confirmations
  • Backup for payments and swifts authorizations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures and take initiative to review daily process updates for defect free implementation.
  • Acquire and share best practices relating to procedures and latest Anti Money Laundering trends to relevant processes.
  • Share opinion and experiences on cases with the team so as to give a better insight to the other investigators to make a reasonable judgment.
  • Work with the team to achieve completion of Anti Money Laundering transaction report within agreed timelines.
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role.

  • Background and good knowledge of private banking or financial services and operations matters
  • Proven experience in daily operations workflow
  • Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Strong people and team management experience
  • Experience in front to back workflow
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Strong risk awareness and management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
