Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Client Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • Take ownership of, and ensure, a high level of client satisfaction through a number of means such as review meetings, Key Performance Indicator sharing, Service Level Agreement definition and issue resolution that will result in client retention.
  • Lead the development of a client service culture within the business and contribute to the development of the team through sharing of best practices.
  • Resolving issues and address ad hoc client requests, allowing Business Development to focus on new revenue generation and Service Delivery or Transfer Agency to focus on operational processes and deliverables.
  • Manage the Service Level Agreement with clients and ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators which can be measured against the Service Level Agreement.
  • Take initiative to resolve client issues and queries, and ensure communication with clients is managed well as well as initiate strategic and tactical initiatives to resolve recurring client issues.
  • Coordinate the interdependencies between other key departments, in particular Service Delivery or Transfer Agency, to ensure seamless delivery of the Product to clients and Change Delivery, to develop customized solutions for clients.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree in a related discipline with an established track record of excellence in client service and operations
  • Knowledge of end to end processes inherent in Fund Services and Global Custody is preferred
  • Client focused and strong team player who is able to work under complex and dynamic environment
  • Ability to interact with all level professionals in the industry and assert him/herself with appropriate product knowledge
