Vulnerability Assessment Manager (AVP/VP)

This is role require incubment to lead the implementation and continuous management of specific Vulnerability Management Framework/Concept, related processes and services.

This includes:

  • Management of the Infrastructure & Endpoint VM Team.
  • Introduction and continues improvement of a regional Vulnerability Management Framework in-line with the Global VM (Vulnerability Management) Framework
  • Creation/Implementation of regional/local processes related to the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle around IT Infrastructure and Endpoints
  • Focal point for the Business in the region for Infrastructure and Endpoint Vulnerability Management within the Security Organization
  • Ongoing understanding of the IT Landscape and relevant threats/vulnerabilities and their mitigation, pertinent to the Operating Companies in the region ('Total Attack Surface').
  • Adaption/Support of the deployment of existing Centralized/Global Services & Processes for the whole Vulnerability Management Lifecycle: Identification of Assets, Detection of Vulnerabilities, Identification and Handling of Vulnerabilities on Infrastructure and Desktops/Laptops incl Remediation Support.
  • Ensuring the compliance with Company's Policies and internal/external regulations related to Infrastructure and Endpoint related Vulnerability Management of the respective region.

Qualification:
  • Master Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Vulnerability Management or equivalent security disciplines; especially on all aspects of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle (Detection, Prioritization, Remediation etc)
  • Extensive 'hand-on' experience in Information Technology
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication (English), time-management and planning skills
  • Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining Frameworks, processes and services
  • Experience of translating technical-, security- and risk terms into business language
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that involve key stakeholders across a globally-distributed enterprise
  • Willing to travel
