  • Liaise with various stakeholders such as RC, Operations, ASAP, Compliance, Legal, GTO and Regional COO office on finalizing new operational initiatives; ensure smooth implementation of such initiatives for the Front Office
  • Conduct and coordinate training with respect to new regulatory requirements, new system initiatives, and process changes
  • Conduct training and provide ongoing support to Front Office on new KOPs; conduct regular reviews on all relevant KOPs and ensure the KOPs remain current and up to date
  • Collaborate with other Wealth Management functions in the implementation of Strategic Projects and Initiatives when needed; provide support to Front Office during the project implementation and collect feedback from Front Office for continuous improvement on the processes-systems
  • Work with the front office teams and the Chief SAs on standardizing the BAU processes under Front Office; maintain regular dialogue with them and build best practices for the business
  • Support Head of Business Integrity as well as the APAC COO on other related initiatives
    • University Graduate
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in the private banking industry; preferably with previous experience in service assistant-middle office-project management-business management roles
    • Good knowledge on investment products and regulations, and familiarity with the banking practices and regulatory requirements of Singapore
    • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Good team player and be able to cope well under pressure
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese; also preferably with intermediate fluency in Mandarin
    • Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint; have knowledge in building-maintaining intranet framework and Shared Point
