Reporting to the Senior Manager (Head of HR Information Systems), this regional role covers both Asia & Oceania and East Asia and the job scope includes:

• Serve as an in-house specialist to troubleshoot and provide end-users support in all Workday matters
• Maintenance of both Workday Inbox and internal HRIS mailbox to address all users’ queries and tasks
• Support Re-organisation in the Bank and maintain Workday supervisory organisations and cost centres accordingly
• Perform all data mass uploading via Workday EIBs
• Support and Troubleshoot in HCM (including on-boarding), Performance Reviews, Compensation Reviews and Talent Management
• Security maintenance including Role(s) assignment, creation of new users, etc
• Create/Maintain Workday reports, including Workday dashboard and analytics reports; 
• Support users’ reporting queries
• Work closely with HR community and cross departments where Workday has integration relationships
• Generation of  integration files including payroll integrations
• Support Team Leads in ongoing projects e.g. implementation of on-boarding and confirmation process
• Support and maintain HR system releases, enhancements and updates, including Regression testing during Workday releases
• Log cases with Workday and follow up closely on closure
• Prepare training materials and update users guide where necessary to equip end-users with the right tools and knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience with Workday is a critical requirement for this role, as the successful candidate will be required to use Workday on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational levels
• Strong desire to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output
• Team player with strong work ethics and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
