eTT Connectivity Support Analyst #103728

We Offer
Successful candidate will be part of the regional Equities Application Support Group [ASG] providing user & production support for Equities Exchange Links platforms.

The team provides IT support for mission-critical applications in Equities trading and Sales platform.

  • The incumbent will be based in Singapore responsible for providing support for Mercury/Prism/GCE and other connectivity apps.
  • The incumbent will need to work with regional teams based across different locations to own & manage the production environment and support services delivered to equities business and will be responsible for managing stake-holders at all levels in business (traders & desk heads) & product line IT (application developers & IT leads)

You Offer
  • Excellent understanding & experience working in front-office trading environment in large investment bank with specific exposure to cash equities trading platforms.
  • Excellent technical skills on Unix & Windows platform with hands-on experience of supporting mission-critical electronic trading/client connectivity applications is pre-requisite.
  • Prior experience of directly managing small to medium size team of support analysts and working with remote teams is a plus.
  • Working experience in trading systems and shell scripting is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving ability.
  • Good understanding and experience with ITIL processes and best practices
