We Offer
  • You being part of Credit Suisse's Asia Pacific Markets division having responsibilities in our Investment Solutions Structuring business and being one of the main points in Korea delivering focused and professional client servicing, supporting the commercial efforts of the group.
  • You responsibilities in cross asset, idea generation and solution structuring, along with origination on the Korea markets.

  • You working and maintaining close dialogue with various trading desks, sales team, model developers and risk management group.

  • You having the opportunity in working on projects and hedging transactions which are designed to optimize the risk profile and capital requirements of the bank.

  • Your calibration, fine-tuning and in the improvement of various trading components in order to improve strategy performance.

  • Your responsibilities in Modelling and pricing of financial products, negotiations with counterparts, documentation of derivative transactions etc.

  • Your contribution in improving, innovating the business, along with the day to day dynamics.

  • Coordinating efforts and communications within the team ensuring all regulatory requirements are being followed.

  • You widespread collaboration with diverse set of partners, related Markets teams across the organization in a highly global environment.



You Offer
  • A strong quantitative field, e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Finance
  • 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience from a banking environment, with experience in different asset classes
  • Competency in several programming languages, preferably including Python with VBA
  • Numeracy and proficiency in Excel packages, along with having a strong statistical foundation
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of multi asset derivatives and other asset classes, along with being knowledgeable across financial engineering, statistical analysis being advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with Korean needed given the clients of focus.
  • Your strong attention to details, having the ability to work in tight deadlines along with you being highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Thinking ahead, finding answers and being engaging in growing with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Being able to work within a diverse team environment and cross collaborating with connected teams regionally and globally.
  • A real passion for improving, building and embracing change.
