Administrative Officer - Digital Innovation - This ia long term contract opportunity to join a major Basel based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Work experience in Office Management or Business Administration
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation and internet tools
  • Able to deliver high quality work even when under stress through strong organisation and time management skills
  • Professionalism in handling confidential and restricted information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the team work
  • A-Level Degree or a two year secretarial diploma or equivalent
  • Languages: English fluent in written and spoken, German is desirable

Your tasks:

  • Performing routine office tasks such as mail, calls, internal and external requests as well as formatting and editing various documents
  • Coordinating all logistical aspects of management staff meetings and events, both internal and external
  • Updating IMS-relevant contact details in the Contact Management System, including those of the Computer Experts and Vendors
  • Managing IMS information on the intranet and in other systems, including organisation chart and other relevant information
  • Documenting all of the administrative processes and services using the standards and tools available
