• Coordinating and organizing meetings and travel arrangements for our Partners
• Managing the Partner's calendar and email correspondence
• Assisting with client engagement administration, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and providing day-to-day administrative support
• Managing client invoicing and processing accounts payable
• Setting up client projects in our billing system
• Handling ad hoc administrative requests
• Supporting employees with time and expense reporting
• Planning and organizing internal meetings and events

This is what makes you successful

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or back-office role
• Excellent French and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Service-oriented, responsible, team-focused, and supportive personality with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Good MS Office skills; strong IT affinity is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of initiative, combined with an accurate, reliable, and independent working style, a flair for numbers, and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
