IT Program Manager - Digital Transformation - this is a contract opportunity for an IT PM with large scale IT Transformation experience to join or Solothurn based client in the Energy sector.
Your tasks:
- Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes delivered through external partners and outsourced service providers.
- Oversee governance, commercial aspects, and vendor performance across complex delivery models.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective programme execution.
- Manage strategic sourcing and support delivery across multi-year transformation initiatives.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to keep business outcomes on track.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across hybrid internal and external teams.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience in IT programme management within large-scale transformation environments.
- Strong background in vendor management, outsourced service delivery, and partner governance.
- Experience working with complex stakeholder groups in multinational or global settings.
- Ability to manage commercial oversight and coordinate hybrid delivery teams effectively.
- Language skills: English
