What it's about
Partners Group's Entrepreneurial Governance Unit was established in 2019 to drive board excellence across the group's direct investment portfolio. The unit is responsible for the design, staffing and development of portfolio company boards, as well as managing the group's growing network of senior, external talent.

This team of approx. 5 professionals reports directly to the chief executive office. Its key clients are portfolio company chairmen, boards of directors and the investment and value creation teams behind our investee companies. You will work closely with the board and investment and value creation teams during the entire lifecycle of an investment.

Your role will include:
  • Providing due diligence support for investment teams through sourcing of advisors and industry contacts
  • Supporting the development, maintenance and engagement with Partners Group's senior external talent network (incl. conferences, events and trainings)
  • Supporting the board design and board building process including sourcing and referencing of Operating Director candidates (ODs)
  • Together with investment and value creation teams, supporting portfolio company onboarding processes across various work streams
  • Supporting board reviews, including preparatory steps, on-site board review and follow-up actions
  • Managing technology-enabled projects which support the automatization of governance and board development processes, further development of networking tools
