We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Marketing & Digital Sales (M&DS) team in Switzerland.



You'll get to:



• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement

• learn about the entire Marketing & Digital Sales offering in Switzerland and various initiatives across the bank

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients

• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business

• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business




Your team



You'll be working in our Digital Communications & Growth team within Marketing & Digital Sales (M&DS) in Zurich. M&DS is part of the COO area of UBS Switzerland and is responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration and product development. We shape UBS's client engagement by creating data-driven campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and refining online presence to deliver innovative, client-focused experiences. You'll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients. The team Digital Communication & Growth includes various disciplines such as Content Marketing, On-site Steering, organic Social Media and Growth Marketing. As part of your role, you will be working closely with experts on strategic website projects with a strong focus on the website management and quality assurance. You will be at the intersection between Business, SEO/GEO and CRO and gain insights into the operational setup of a large Marketing organization.




Your expertise



We're looking for a candidate who:



• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)

• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• has excellent German and English skills, French and/or Italian is a plus

• has Project Management experience with a strong focus on details, accountability and precision in all tasks

• has experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Hubspot) and has ideally created websites on his/her own

• has the ability to coordinate across various stakeholder groups, teams and departments, as well as to implement tangible and simple solutions

• has a genuine interest in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to enhance client engagement and experience



Start date: 1 December or by agreement

Length: 6 months
